Login is not working. Really frustrating.
What everybody is saying -> I can't log into the app.
The app is in Dutch and I believe since ditzo is aware that non Dutch will use their insurance and download the app, there should be an option for switching to English. The app is useless to me as I find it difficult to navigate through because the information is all in Dutch. Please improve on that. Thanks
They said it got an update yet I STILL can't even log into the app, no point in having an app if no one can use it
Ik heb nog geen verzekering afgesloten (dat gaat pas op 1 januari in) maar ik heb twee maal ingelogd en toen werkte het. Geen cache of niks verwijderd. Hopelijk functioneerd de app goed wanneer ik mijn verzekering heb afgesloten.
You really should think about changing your brandname into "Nietzo Zorg" . Useless app, can't even log in. Uninstalled, reboot phone, re-installed, clear cache, digid, app pin code set, "Something went wrong, try again later" "Nietzo Zorg, not so easy anymore"
Was not able to log in with DigiD. Can only access successfully using DigiD and online web interface.
Impossible to log in. Will have to choose another health insurancer.
Useless app.
Kan niet meer inloggen sinds laatste update, stuurt je naar een website over de app, maar kan er dus niet meer in. Graag updaten.
